Lucky 13 Lacquer A 51st Century Guy

Hello lovelies! I've been in such better spirits lately - I put my two weeks' notice in for my job (June 11th is my last day, yay!), I have found a new job (double yay!), AND I finally found my digital camera (triple YAY)!

Also, I started a Facebook page for Late Night Lacquer, so I would love if you would like it! :)

So today, I have a fun polish to share with you - Lucky 13 Lacquer A 51st Century Guy. This was one of the first Lucky 13 polishes that caught my eye because it has heart glitter and I love heart glitter, okay?

A 51st Century Guy is a glitter topper full of matte white square and dark silver hexes, as well as red heart glitter. Again I say, YAY heart glitter!

This polish is part of Lucky 13 Lacquer's Last of the Time Lords collection, inspired by Doctor Who. I have never seen an episode of Doctor Who in my life but I find myself owning a ridiculous amount of indie polishes dedicated to it.

Let's get on with the pictures, shall we?

I paired this glitter with Pixi Very Violet, a super bright neon violet creme. My pictures do not do the pair justice!

I did just one coat of A 51st Century Guy on each nail. I've had this polish for awhile so the hearts were pretty settled, but I easily got them out of the bottle after rolling it around a little.

And it's just as pretty up close! Excuse the bubbles, once again - god damn Gelous. I love how smooth it makes my polish, but the air bubbles are getting ridiculous!

You can head on over to the Lucky 13 Lacquer website for more pretties just like this one! Her Last of the Time Lords collection is seriously awesome - everyone NEEDS Life is Short and You are Hot! Not to mention that her Humble Indie Bundle polishes are back in stock for a limited time. What are you waiting for?! Go go go!

  1. I have the same problem with Gelous! I've been using random clear (not quick dry) polishes. But it's just not the same!
